Join in a quiet candle lit evening meditation using breath-work, mudras, and mantras for an uplifting practice in being intentionally still. One seat, one mudras, one contemplation, and you are all that is needed for this class to bloom. Abigail will choose a mudra, teach its formation, guide in a brief discussion, and let all drop into quiet meditation with their own chosen mudras and mantra. Time after meditation will be provided for sharing if you choose to do so.

All blocks, cushions are provided. Please bring comfortable clothing and any additional supplies you may need to feel cozy in class. Organic herbal tea will be served.
