Yoga Basics Series

This class will offer both the beginner and seasoned yogi/yogini basic postures with an emphasis on alignment, balance, the importance of core strength as well as silence, through meditation. Yoga offers so many positive benefits! Marcie will pepper each class with pearls of teachings from her many years spent learning and studying in India for practical knowledge and application.
